Abstract
The article deals with the creation of a computational model static-dynamic deformation in a reinforced concrete central-tensioned reinforced concrete construction with the destruction of a concrete stretched matrix (the formation of cracks). The work assumptions are formulated and calculation formulas are constructed. The transitional state is analyzed from the resistance of reinforced concrete constructions with a solid stretched zone to the resistance after disrupting the continuity of concrete, where there is an impulse effect, which, of course, it is desirable to take into account at calculation. The example of calculating the dynamic coefficient for stresses in a stretched armature is given.

Abstract
The article discusses the isotropic two-layer composite plate on compliant bonds, for which the accepted theory for calculating composite plates AR Rzhanitsina. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship of the dynamic and static parameters of composite plates taking into account the compliance of the compounds of individual layers with different boundary conditions. A finite element calculation scheme of two-layer composite plate. Calculate the angular frequency ω of the pitch and the maximum deflection Wo max. Numerical study was conducted on a triangular plate with a two-layer hard and hinged support plate on the contour. Built curves change of natural frequencies and deflections from static load, depending on the stiffness of the shear, the change factor k depending on the stiffness of the shear.

Abstract
A scheme for statically determinate truss with dual diagonal grille and four external connections, two movable hinged legs and one stationary is investigated. Obtained the derivation of the analytic dependence of deflection of the truss from its size, load and number of panels. Analyzed the asymmetric form of the lower belt, that deformed under the action of distributed on the nodes of the upper belt load. Take into account the uneven distribution of material on the rods of belts and grid. Found asymptotic properties of the solution. Program written in the computer mathematics system Maple and the method of induction to generalize solutions are used. The coincidence of the solutions for trusses with different numbers of panels allows us to write the sequence of coefficients of the relevant geometric parameters of the truss. It is shown that the members of the sequence of coefficients of the solutions satisfy the recursive equation whose solution gives the sought dependence.

Abstract
The issues of application of alloys with shape memory effect for civil structures reinforcement based on experience of reinforcement using steel hooping for increasing the bearing of reinforced concrete and masonry structures. A mathematical model, based on methods of structural-analytical mesomechanics, that allows to perform calculations and designs of products made of shape memory alloys in the active stage of isothermal loading with the use of software systems of finite-element analysis by upgrading inherent in these programs plasticity models. Numerical solution of thin plates bending, made of shape memory material, under an evenly distributed load of constant intensity and inhomogeneous boundary conditions. Results of stress-strain solution of plate made of shape memory material at the preparation stage to use as reinforcement of building structures.

Abstract
Approaches and basic equations of the modified strains development model for the self-stressing concrete restrained expansion strains assessment for the different restraint conditions are presented. Proposed model is realized by the iterative procedure that considers expansion on the elementary time intervals. Modified strains development model was verified based on the results of the experimental studies of the self-stressed concrete members reinforced with steel or FRP bars in the different restraint conditions. Comparison of the predicted and calculated values of the restrained expansion strains has shown a good agreement. Effectivness of the FRP bars utilizing in combination with self-stressing concrete was confirmed. Obtained during concrete expansion in the restrained conditions initial volumetrical stress-strain state had a fruitful influence on the member resistance under the applied load.

Abstract
Considered changes of strains and stresses in bending reinforced concrete element when subjected to external loads, such as under short-term loading and long-term process taking into account the time factor. It is shown that in the process of operation of concrete structures is a change of the elastic modulus of concrete relative to the initial values and at the same time, even at constant load, increasing the deformation of concrete structures caused by creep phenomenon. The dependence of the characteristics of deformation of concrete under load is obtained using the splitting deformation of concrete under load for short periods of time. Presents an example of calculation of flexible reinforced concrete beam of rectangular section. Shows the difference of strain and stress in the flexible element under uniaxial compression. An example of the transformation of the deformation models.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of urban planning organization of the northern territories during their resource development. Currently, both abroad and in Russia, the volume of mineral resources is growing every year, and the development processes are increasingly affecting the uninhabited regions of the planet with extreme natural and climatic conditions. However, the existing practical experience in the development of the northern and Arctic regions indicates that in these areas it is necessary to apply special approaches to the organization of labor processes. The introduction of a commute form of work into the world practice in resource development of sparsely populated areas was an attempt to solve this problem. In this research reveals the socio-economic and climatic conditions of use commute work with the development of the resource potential of these areas. Characterized the existing types of commute work, as well as to analyze the process of formation and development of commute work. Revealed architectural and planning features of the formation and the principles of territorial distribution of work camps in the north conditions. Analyzed promising forms of transport service organization of the northern areas of resource extraction. The analysis of the material showed that in order to ensure the sustainability of the process of resource development, special attention should be paid to the organization of working and living conditions for commute workers, as well as transport logistics technologies of the developed territories.

The algorithm estimates the availability of infrastructure by comparing the actual indicators from the normative. Abstract
The article is devoted to the history of design, construction and reconstruction of the three most famous circuses in Russia - Saratov, Saint-Petersburg and Moscow. The emergence and evolution of the wooden and stone circuses as buildings of the late nineteenth century are analyzed. The constructive system of the domes, their features and differences sizes and materials are described in details. Drawings and photographs of the components coatings with a detailed description are presented. The story of the construction and reconstruction of these buildings since their emergence in cities till the present time is told. A detailed description of all stages of reconstruction and description of supporting structures covering of the three mentioned circuses are done. Comparative analysis of constructive solutions of these coatings is shown. The need to develop a modern regulatory documents that define requirements for the design of buildings circuses, as new effective building materials and technologies, as well as significant progress in the analysis of the spatial structures is noted.

Abstract
The article discusses the history and stages of development in Russia of a unique type of architectural structure - Memorial-Museum complex. This is a complex object, that usually integrates the memorials, monuments, museums and parks into coherent ensembles. Memorial architecture is one of the most important basis of the spiritual identity of every society and type of governmental system. Its main target is to strengthen the identity of a particular ethnic group or their Union by means of architectural, spatial and artistic influence, in which the main are image and symbol. Despite some similarities with foreign counterparts, the domestic practice of creation of the Memorial and Museum complex has several unique features and differences, which has not been studied before comprehensively in the professional press. The author highlights in this historical process four periods, which are discussed in two parts of the article. Their origins and impact factors are analyzed and the main representatives are considered.

Abstract
The state of the fortifications (Bastion), which is an outstanding piece of medieval architecture, and the adjoining walls, for the restoration which was applied hollow ceramic brick. It should be noted the high quality of carrying out of restoration works, however, causes serious concerns for the future of this building is used for selection of the restoration materials, in particular brick. When observing restored sections of the wall marked by a partial and increasing damage to new brickwork with numerous spalling of the outer wall of hollow brick. It is obvious that the use of hollow brick for the restoration of the walls of this historic building was unacceptable. For some address this situation, promising, in our opinion, treatment of the brickwork hydrophobic substances. Of course, these activities require additional material costs, but can slightly slow down the process of destruction.
