Abstract

Non-autoclaved foam concrete is an environmentally friendly and easily processed material with low production costs, the ability to be manufactured in small workshops or on-site, and good thermal insulation properties. It also offers low weight, which reduces the load on the foundation and simplifies installation. The object of research is regulatory framework for non-autoclaved foam concrete in Russia. The objective of the study is comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework for non-autoclaved foam concrete in Russia. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to assess the scope status; to establish the main problems; to determine the development directions. The analysis of modern approaches to the design of non-autoclaved concrete compositions and products made from them is carried out. Regulatory sources were reviewed over the past 45 years, tracing their evolution since 1983. Based on a thorough and comprehensive analysis and synthesis of these materials, amendments to the current regulatory framework on the topic of study are proposed. The regulatory framework for non-autoclaved foam concrete in Russia is mature, but still contains significant gaps. Improvements to the system should focus on strengthening quality control through mandatory certification, specifying requirements for new technologies and applications, and harmonizing with international standards to enhance the competitiveness and credibility of this promising building material.
