РЕНОВАЦИЯ ПРИБРЕЖНЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ НАБЕРЕЖНОЙ ГОРОДА ВОЛГОГРАДА
Abstract
Рассматриваются предпосылки к реновации прибрежной территории Волгограда для формирования устойчивого развития территорий Волгоградской агломерации.
Обосновывается актуальность развития городских рекреационных пространств, прибрежных территорий, преобразования и модернизация уже сложившейся застройки в контексте решения проблем градостроительной деятельности.
Приведены требования к оценке по каждому характерному показателю, влияющему на преобразование существующего облика Волгограда для повышения туристического потенциала.
