Рассматриваются социально-психологические факторы, которые могут воздействовать на самочувствие человека при формировании устойчивого развития территорий Воронежской агломерации. Обосновывается актуальность развития городских рекреационных пространств, придомовых территорий, преобразования и модернизация уже сложившейся застройки в контексте решения проблем градостроительной деятельности. Приведены требования к оценке по каждому характерному показателю, влияющему на психологическое состояние человека: плотность застройки, высотность застройки, ситуация с дворовыми пространствами, озеленение.
Social and psychological factors that can affect human well-being in the formation of sustainable development of the Voronezh agglomeration are considered. The article substantiates the relevance of the development of urban recreational spaces, adjacent territories, transformation and modernization of existing buildings in the context of solving the problems of urban development. The requirements to the assessment for each characteristic indicator affecting the psychological state of a person are given: the density of building, the height of construction, the situation with yard spaces, landscaping.
